Projekt "Mobilna volonterska služba"
IK Zvono započinje s provedbom projekta “Mobilna volonterska služba” 1. svibnja 2021. Projekt traje do 31. srpnja 2021. godine. Ukupni prihvatljivi troškovi projekta iznose EUR 4.999,11 i financijska potpora iznosi 100%. Projekt je financiran sredstvima financijskih mehanizama Europskog gospodarskog prostora i Kraljevine Norveške kroz javni poziv za ad hoc akcijske projekte Fonda za aktivno građanstvo u Hrvatskoj.
Ograničena mobilnost volonterskih službi, posebno inkluzivnih, izazvana pandemijom i prirodnim katastrofama, onemogućava volonterima aktivnije uključivanje u podršku ranjivim skupinama i građanima koji žive na prostoru pogođenim potresom, posebno u ruralnim područjima.
Ciljevi projekta su: organizirati mobilnu volontersku službu u potresom pogođenom području; osnažiti VC Petrinja za provedbu volonterskih aktivnosti koje će omogućiti uvid u trenutne potrebe lokalne zajednice, kreiranje metoda za primjenu rješavanja istih te transfer znanja na dionike u lokalnoj zajednici. Kao partner na ovom projektu priključila se Udruga Iks iz Petrinje uz čiju ćemo pomoć raditi na postizanju ciljeva projekta.
Aktivnosti:
- Organizacija redovnog terenskog rada mobilne volonterske službe
- Mapiranje potreba za podrškom u odgojno obrazovnom procesu djece, s posebnim naglaskom na djeci i mladima s teškoćama u razvoju
- Izvještavanje o prikupljenim podacima te predlaganje metoda organiziranja podrške djeci i mladima na području Grada Petrinje i Siska.
Direktni korisnici su volonteri mobilne volonterske službe, organizacije civilnog društva i institucije na području Grada Petrinje i Siska.
Indirektni korisnici su djeca opće populacije i djeca I mladi s poteškoćama u razvoju uključena u o-o proces sa područja Grada Petrinje i Siska.
Prijavitelj će osigurati terenski rad volontera, slati svoje mobilne volonterske službe na teren (mapiranje potreba), izraditi izvještaj o rezultatima mapiranja, predlagati metode podrške na temelju rezultata mapiranja te pomoći i podržati redovan rad Volonterskog centra Petrinja.
Partner će izraditi plan mapiranja potreba krajnjih korisnika, provoditi mapiranje potreba na terenu uz pomoć prijavitelja, koordinirati rad na terenu mobilne volonterske službe te sudjelovati u izradi izvještaja o rezultatima mapiranja i distribuciji prema ocd-ima i institucijama.
Projekt „Mobilna volonterska služba“ je podržan s 4.999,11 € financijske podrške Islanda, Lihtenštajna i Norveške u okviru EGP i Norveških grantova.

IH Zvono starts the implementation of the project “Mobile Volunteer Service” on May 1, 2021 and lasts until July 31, 2021. The total eligible costs of the project are EUR 4,999.11 and the financial support is 100%. The project is funded by the financial mechanisms of the European Economic Area and the Kingdom of Norway through a public call for ad hoc action projects of the Fund for Active Citizenship in Croatia.
The limited mobility of volunteer services, especially inclusive ones, caused by pandemics and natural disasters, prevents volunteers from becoming more actively involved in supporting vulnerable groups and citizens living in earthquake-affected areas, especially in rural areas.
The objectives of the project are: to organize a mobile volunteer service in the earthquake-affected area; strengthen the Petrinja Volunteer Center for the implementation of volunteer activities that will provide insight into the current needs of the local community, create methods for their application and transfer knowledge to stakeholders in the local community. As a partner in this project, Association for promotion of IT, culture and coexistence from Petrinja joined, with whose help we will work on achieving the objectives of the project.
Activities:
- Organization of regular field work of the mobile volunteer service
- Mapping the needs for support in the educational process of children, with special emphasis on children and youth with disabilities
- Reporting on the collected data and proposing methods of organizing support to children and youth in the area of the City of Petrinja and Sisak.
The direct beneficiaries are volunteers of the mobile volunteer service, civil society organizations and institutions in the area of the City of Petrinja and Sisak.
Indirect beneficiaries are children of the general population and children and young people with disabilities involved in the educational process from the area of the City of Petrinja and Sisak.
The applicant will ensure the field work of volunteers, send their mobile volunteer services to the field (needs mapping), prepare a report on the results of mapping, propose support methods based on the results of mapping and assistance and support the regular work of the Volunteer Center Petrinja.
The partner will develop a plan for mapping the needs of end users, implement mapping of needs in the field with the help of applicants, coordinate field work of the mobile volunteer service and participate in the preparation of reports on mapping results and distribution to NGOs and institutions.
The project “ Mobile Volunteer Service” is supported with € 4,999.11 € financial support from Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway under the EEA and Norwegian grants.
